Mr. Lucas Wong, is the Chief Operating Officer of Money Compass Media (M) Sdn Bhd. Mr Lucas leads the team in operations and executes the company’s development plans. He is also the Chief Training Officer at Max Capital Management (MCM). He has trained countless MCM REs to improve work abilities, master the business’s investment and property life cycle strategies and the MCM ecosystem. With 20 years of sales and marketing experience, he has led the team to develop businesses with an annual turnover of more than RM30 million. His business has also spread to Thailand, Singapore, the Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam and other countries.
