Marketing Manager

Job Description:

  1. Responsible to perform all tasks that related to Sales and marketing which include attending customers, follow up closely with potential buyers & compile customers’ information.

  2. Manage overall defense division’s sales performance. Strong ability to drive the sales team to achieve the expected sales targets and push for growth of market share of the company’s products.

  3. Handle existing & establish new customer. Conduct product presentations with customer.

  4. Researching organization and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets.

  5. Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing.

  6. Contacting clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.

  7. Attending conferences, meetings and industry events.

  8. Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products.

  9. Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree,

  2. Master’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent.

  3. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

  4. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  5. Preferably Manager specialized in Digital Marketing or equivalent.

  6. Ability to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

  4. Develop story or content ideas, considering reader or audience appeal.
  5. Read, evaluate and edit manuscripts or other materials submitted for publication and confer with authors regarding changes in content, style or organization, or publication.
  6. Any other tasks that is relevant to this field.

Requirements:

  1. Demands a qualification or significant experience with at least 3 years working experience in related field.
  2. Proficient in English or Chinese is preferred.
